• CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MINUTES OF 9 JUNE 1999 <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Sue Gehrz at 6:00 PM. <br />Present <br />Gehrz, Gibson Talbot, Hustad, Jacobs, Kuettel, Hoyt <br />Community Forum <br />No one was present for the community forum. <br />Minutes of May 26, 1999 <br />The minutes of the May 26, 1999 meeting were approved. <br />Consent Agenda <br />Mayor Gehrz asked item 5 on the consent agenda be removed from the consent <br />• agenda for discussion. <br />Councilmember Jacobs moved. approval of the consent agenda. The motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />1. General disbursements and payroll <br />2. Licenses <br />3. Request to contract with Ehlers financial advisors for TIF reporting <br />4. Request to the Metropolitan Council to extend the city's <br />comprehensive plan deadline <br />5. Request to approve job descriptions for the positions of executive <br />secretary and elections administrator (moved to Policy Agenda) <br />6. Response to request from the Capitol Region Watershed District <br />(CRWD) regarding the Troutbrook stormwater interceptor <br />7. Acceptance of $700.00 donation from Celebrity Bowl <br />for the city's 50th birthday events <br />Policy Agenda. <br />Consideration of an interim ordinance 99-04 temporarily prohibiting the issuance <br />of building permits, subdivision approval and zoning controls for colleges, <br />academies and schools in the B-1. B-2 and B-3 zone <br />• Councilmember Kuettel moved approval of ordinance 99-04 for a moratorium <br />
