C <br />• <br />Page 2 <br />City Council Minutes <br />March 10, 1999 <br />Agricultural Leadership Council plans to request funds for the facility as part of <br />the 2000 bonding bill at the legislature. Although plans are tentative, the school <br />will probably start with 200 students in grades 10 and 11 and get to a maximum of <br />600 students in the distant future. The Agricultural Leadership Council is <br />working with the State Fair to find space for livestock and other agricultural <br />opportunities in conjunction with the school. The Agricultural Leadership <br />Council has no commitment for use of any facilities on the St. Paul Campus. Mr. <br />Plonski said that the city is welcome to participate in the planning process.
