Representative Wallin <br />urged the council to pass Resolution No. 95-06 which essentially asks that <br />lawmakers require all communications services utilizing public rights-of-way to <br />be upheld to the same standards of regulation. <br />Motion was made by Councilmember Gehrz to approve Resolution No. 95-06. Motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />CITY INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />Councilmember Hustad reported that the state legislature is considering bills related <br />to the selling of tobacco to minors.
