<br />1 <br />n <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MINUTES OF JULY 12, 1995 <br />Acting Mayor Gehrz convened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. <br />PRESENT <br />Gehrz, Gibson Talbot, Hustad, and Jacobs. Also present were Hoyt and Rigdon. <br />ABSENT <br />Baldwin. <br />COMMUNITY FORUM <br />There were no comments from the floor. <br />MINUTES OF JUNE 28, 1995 <br />Minutes were approved as presented by unanimous consent. <br />CONSENT AGENDA APPROVED <br />2 .~ a <br />Motion was made by Councilmember Gibson Talbot to approve the following consent <br />agenda: <br />1. Disbursements <br />2. Licenses <br />3. Adoption of a formal resolution for a conditional use permit for a used clothing <br />store at 1583 N. Hamline Avenue, approved on September 28, 1994 <br />4. Authorization for the purchase of a Hewlett Packard Laser Jet 5P laser printer <br />POLICY AGENDA <br />There was no policy agenda for consideration. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />The meeting was adjourned at 7:05 p.m. Following adjournment, the council conducted <br />a workshop to discuss the preliminary goals for the 1996 budget, the city's educational <br />assistance policy, and the expansion of the role of volunteers in the community. <br />Susan Gehrz, Acting Ma r <br />Susan Hoyt <br />Acting Recording Secretary <br />
