CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MINUTES OF OCTOBER 25, 1995 2~ ~r <br />Mayor Baldwin convened the meeting at 7:05 p.m. <br />PRESENT <br />Baldwin, Gehrz, Gibson Talbot, and Jacobs. Also present were Hoyt, Asleson, <br />Iverson, Treeful, Rigdon, Kriegler, and Klingenberg. <br />ABSENT <br />Hustad. <br />COMMUNITY FORUM <br />There was no one wishing to take advantage of the community forum. <br />MINUTES OF OCTOBER 11, 1995 <br />Minutes were approved by unanimous consent. <br />CONSENT AGENDA APPROVED <br />Motion was made by Councilmember Gehrz to approve the consent agenda. Motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />1. Disbursements <br />2. Licenses <br />3. Appointment of Ms. Ann Gustafson to the Keeping Connected team <br />POLICY AGENDA <br />There was no policy agenda for consideration. <br />WORKSHOP <br />An informal workshop session was held where city staff members reported on <br />activities within the city and different aspects of their respective positions. The <br />persons reporting (with their respective topics): Carol Kriegler (recreation programs, <br />playroom, school/park improvement project); Pete Klingenberg (public works projects); <br />Terry Iverson (fire inspections, juvenile diversion/community service program); Linda <br />Treeful (tree planting, grants, trimming); Joe Rigdon (budgeting, financial reporting); <br />and Carla Asleson (building permit trends, licensing, recycling). <br />CITY INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />Administrator Hoyt announced that streetsweeping was scheduled to begin the <br />following week, weather permitting. <br />
