Gedde presented <br />language for a proposed code amendment, which should alleviate <br />the problem, after which Gehrz moved adoption of Ordinance <br />0-90-4 with changes recommended by Council. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />ORDINANCE 0-90-4 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE <br />RELATING TO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES <br />CHINATOWN RESTAURANT WINE LICENSE APPROVED <br />Ciernia moved approval of the Chinatown Wine License contingent <br />upon publication of Ordinance 0-90-4 and the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />COUNCILMEMBER PAT BUSH RESIGNS <br />Baldwin presented a letter of resignation from Councilmember Pat <br />Bush and explained that the reason for the resignation was that <br />at this time, the family intends to move from the City. Council <br />expressed regret at the resignation after which Wallin moved <br />adoption of Resolution R-90-4 accepting the resignation.
