MINUTES <br />REGULR CITYCOUNCIL MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 14, 1990 <br />Baldwin convened the meeting at 7:00 P.M. <br />ALL MEMBERS PRESENT <br />Baldwin, Ciernia, Gehrz and Wallin. O. CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT NOTES TO <br />FINANCE THE PURCHASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY EQUIPMENT, ROAD <br />CONSTRUCTION OR MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT AND OTHER CAPITAL <br />EQUIPMENT <br />Fiscal Consultant Apfelbacher presented the bids on the sale of <br />$335,000 G.
