IMPROVEMENT BONDS FOR COSTS <br />RELATED TO HAMLINE AVENUE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />Apfelbacher presented the bids on the sale of $115,000 G. 0. <br />Improvement Bonds as follows: <br /> Dain Bosworth, 6.3695, Allison-Williams, 6.5863, American <br /> National Bank, <br />Jaffray & Hopw 6.5997, Moore, Juran & Co., 6.6109, <br />ood, 6.7381. Apfelbacher recommended and Piper, <br />awarding <br /> the bid to the low bidder, Dain Bosworth, Inc., after which <br /> Ciernia moved adoption of Resolution R-90-9. Motion carried <br /> unanimously . <br />RESOLUTION R-90-9 <br />A RESOLUTION RELATING TO $115,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION <br />IMPROVEMENTS BONDS OF 1990; AWARDING THE SALE, FIXING <br />THE FORM AND DETAILS AND PROVIDING FOR THE EXECUTION <br />AND DELIVERY THEREOF AND SECURITY THEREFOR AND LEVYING <br />AD VALOREM TAXES FOR THE PAYMENT THEREOF <br />CITY FORESTER'S REPORT FOR 1989 <br />Dr. Linda Treeful, City Forester, presented the annual report <br />for 1989 and responded to inquiries from Council. <br />ASSESSMENT HEARING ON ASSESSMENT OF UNPAID FALSE ALARM FEES <br />SCHEDULED FOR 3/14/90 (BULLSEYE VIDEO/TAN LINE) <br />Dennis Hunt, the owner of Bullsye Video/Tan Line, 1553 W. <br />Larpenteur, presently owes a total of $475.00 in unpaid false <br />alarm fees and has indicated he cannot pay the fees. Since City <br />Code does provide for assessment of these unpaid fees, Council <br />unanimously agreed to set the Assessment Hearing for 8:00 P.M. <br />on March 14, 1990. <br />APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO OPERATE AN OFF-SALE LIQUOR <br />STORE AT 1559 W.
