Disbursements: <br />a. General Disbursements through 5/23/90, $76,036.97 <br />b. Payroll, 5/1/90 - 5/15/90, $11,761.99 <br />2. Resolution R-90-22a Commending Norma Fusco for 21 Years <br />of Service to the Community <br />DISCUSSION - AGREEMENT WITH MN DOT FOR 1987 SNELLING AVE. <br />CONSTRUCTION <br />Mike Christiansen of the Minnesota Department of Transportation <br />reviewed past correspondence, discussions, and action taken <br />relating to the Snelling Avenue Improvement Project. Baldwin <br />and Ciernia stressed that at early discussions MN DOT had <br />assured residents that there would be no charge to the City for <br />the street improvements, the City had operated on that basis, <br />and was questioning the present charge for street construction. <br />Christiansen explained that the street costs amounting to a <br />little over $11,000, are for items connected with the City's <br />
