MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />APRIL 10, 1991 <br />Baldwin convened the meeting at 7:06 P.M. <br />PRESENT <br />Baldwin, Gehrz, Jacobs and Wallin. Also present were Maurer, <br />Hoyt and Chenoweth. <br />ABSENT <br />Ciernia. <br />MINUTES OF 3/27/91 APPROVED <br />Council approved the Minutes of March 27, 1991 by unanimous <br />consent. <br />CONSENT AGENDA APPROVED <br />Council approved the following Consent Agenda by unanimous <br />consent: <br />1. Disbursements: <br />a. General Disbursements through 3/28/91, $15,228.46 <br />b. General Disbursements through 4/10/91, $56,986.86 <br />c. Payroll, 3/16/91 - 3/30/91, $9,319.94 <br />2. Licenses: Dan's Construction #0777, Randy Berg <br />Construction, #0775, Midwest Fence #0774, and Blaine <br />Heating and Air Conditioning #0776 <br />3. Hiring of Two Occasional Short-Term Temporary Public <br />Works Employees <br />4. Agreement to Purchase Hamline Avenue Permanent Easements <br />5. Adoption of Ordinance 0-91-5 Amending Section 3-6.05 of <br />the City Code Relating to Payment of Storm Drainage Fees <br />IDAHO/SNELLING PARK PROJECT-APPROVAL OF SITE PLAN DESIGN AND <br />AUTHORIZING BARYON ASCHMAN TO PROCEED <br />Park and Recreation Director Carol Kriegler introduced Scott <br />Midness of Barton Aschman and Neil Weber of Schwartz-Weber, the <br />firms involved in developing the plans for the proposed <br />Idaho/Snelling Park improvement. <br />Mr. Midness presented and reviewed the present configuration of <br />the park and the proposed development plan. He estimated that <br />construction could begin in mid June. Jacobs moved approval of <br />the site development plan as presented and authorization for <br />Barton Aschman to proceed with preparation of the plans and <br />specifications. Motion carried unanimously. <br />IDAHO/SNELLING PARR PROJECT-APPROVAL OF WARMING/PICNIC SHELTER <br />DESIGN AND AUTHORIZING SCHWARZ/WEBER TO PROCEED <br />Mr. Weber presented the proposed park shelter plan, described <br />the facility and suggested construction materials.
