1. ~ "~ <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />MAY 13, 1992 <br />PAGE 2 <br />RESOLUTION R-92-16 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT OF CLEVELAND <br />AVENUE, LARPENTEUR TO ROSELAWN AVENUES <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON ASSSEMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT OF CLEVELAND AVENUE, <br />LARPENTEUR TO CLEVELAND <br />Baldwin opened the public hearing at 7:12 p.m., and explained <br />that the only property owner being assessed is the University of <br />Minnesota. They will be assessed in accordance with the city's <br />present assessment policy but will not be assessed for the area <br />abutting the city's community park.
