<br />MINUTES ~ ~ .~ <br />MAY 27, 1992 <br />PAGE 4 <br />discussion Ciernia moved approval of the the parking regulations <br />as recommended. Motion carried unanimously. <br />CLOSING TIME FOR CITY PARKS AMENDED <br />Gehrz speaking on behalf of the Parks and Recreation Committee, <br />explained that the commission is recommending changing the park <br />closing time from 11:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. This decision was <br />based on the fact that most park vandalism occurs after 10:00 <br />p.m., much of the acitivity in the parks after 10 p.m. tends to <br />be of the nuisance variety, out of consideration for residents <br />living near the parks and the fact that the Roseville police <br />recommends a 10:00 p.m. closing time to be consistent with their <br />city's park hours.
