15~ <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />OCTOBER 28, 1992 <br />Baldwin convened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. <br />ALL MEMBERS PRESENT <br />Baldwin, Ciernia, Gehrz, Gibson Talbot and Jacobs. Also present <br />were Chenoweth and Hoyt. <br />ADDENDUM TO CONSENT AGENDA <br />Council approved the addition of Item C-8, Final Payment of <br />$8,000 to Valley Paving for the 1991 street project, to the <br />Consent Agenda. <br />MINUTES OF 10/14/92 APPROVED <br />Council approved the Minutes of October 14, 1992 by unanimous <br />consent. <br />ITEM C-4 MOVED FROM CONSENT AGENDA TO POLICY AGENDA <br />A variance request from William Huebsch, 1494 Iowa, was moved <br />from the Consent Agenda to the Policy Agenda. <br />CONSENT AGENDA APPROVED <br />Council approved the following Consent Agenda by unanimous <br />consent : <br />1. Disbursements: <br />a. General Disbursements through 10/21/92, $41,396.23 <br />b. Payroll, 10/01/92 - 10/15/92 <br />2. Planning Commission Appointments: <br />a. Lisa Jo Lampi, 1774 Arona, to complete the term of <br />Marie Furton, term to expire 12/31/94 <br />b. Paul F. Kuettel, 1879 Simpson, term to expire <br />12/31/92. <br />3. Adoption of Resolution R-92-45 amending portion of <br />Chapter 5, Part 14 of the city code relating to <br />license, permit and other fees effective 1/1/93 <br />4. Request to Ramsey County for a temporary traffic signal <br />at Fairview and Larpenteur Avenues <br />5. Licenses: M & M Signs #0989 and Independent Fire <br />Protection, Inc., #0990 <br />6.
