1.5~ <br />MINUTES <br />SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 12, 1992 <br />Baldwin convened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. <br />ALL MEMBERS PRESENT <br />Baldwin, Ciernia, Gehrz, Gibson Talbot and Jacobs. Also present <br />were Chenoweth and Hoyt. <br />CONSENT AGENDA APPROVED <br />Council approved the following Consent Agenda by unanimous <br />consent . <br />1. Disbursements: <br /> a. General Disbursements through 11/05/92, <br /> $104,408.51 <br /> b. Payroll, 10/16/92 - 10/31/92, $9,838.73 <br />2. Authorization to Hire Greg Hoag as Ice Rink Maintenance <br /> Supervisor for the 1992-93 season <br />3. Authorization for payment for beginning street <br /> construction items and storm sewer for Cleveland Avenue <br /> project ($13,287.57) <br />4. Awarding the contract to Pipe Services Corporation for <br /> televising sewers for the 1993 street improvement <br /> project at an estimated cost of $4,005.00 <br />5. Approving RFP for recycling services <br />6. Adoption of Ordinance 0-92-5 Amending Chapter 8, <br /> Section 4 of the City Code Relating to Regulation of <br /> Trees, Shrubs and Other Plants <br />7. Adoption of Resolution R-92-48 Authorizing Publication <br /> of Summary of Ordinance 0-92-5 <br />8. Authorizing extension of the lease agreement <br /> with MPCA for air monitoring station at City Hall <br /> to November 30, 1994 at $60.00 per month <br />9.
