Motion carried unanimously. <br />PROPOSED RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ISSUANCE <br />OF G.O. TIF REFUNDING BONDS <br />Hoyt informed council that it now seems advantageous to consider <br />refunding some of the city's outstanding bonds and in order to do <br />so it is necessary to schedule a public hearing. After a brief <br />discussion council, by unanimous consent, adopted Resolution R- <br />92-52 calling for the hearing for January 13, 1993. <br />RESOLUTION R-92-52 <br />RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION <br />TAX INCREMENT REFUNDING BONDS <br />WORKSHOP SCHEDULED FOR 1/6/93 AT 7:00 P.M. <br />Council scheduled a workshop for January 6, 1993 at 7:00 p.m. to <br />discuss the refunding procedure. <br />7:19 P.M. HEARING ON 1993 BUDGET <br />Baldwin opened the public hearing at 7:19 p.m. Hoyt explained <br />the budget preparation process, the anticipated expenditures, <br />sources of revenue, and the taxing procedure.
