~~ <br />r, <br />~I <br />1 <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />APRIL 11, 1984 <br />A regular City Council Meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Mayor <br />Eggert. <br />Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Hard, Chestovich, Ciernia, and Baldwin. Also PRESENT <br />present were Attorney Gasteazoro, Engineer Schuiricht and Secretary Chenoweth. <br />None. ABSENT <br />Mayor Eggert moved, seconded by Councilmember Chestovich, that the CONSENT <br />Consent Agenda be approved with the addition of the Park and Recreation AGENDA <br />Minutes. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Councilmember Hard moved, seconded by Councilmember Baldwin, that the <br />Minutes of March 28, 1984 be approved with corrections. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />ADDENDUM TO <br />COUNCIL <br />AGENDA <br />MINUTES OF <br />3/28 APPROVED <br />Mayor Eggert moved, seconded by Councilmember Chestovich, that the variance R. EHA, 1865 <br />request from Robert Eha, 1865 Simpson, to construct a garage in line with SIMPSON, <br />existing garages on Ruggles Street and two feet from the rear property line, VARIANCE <br />be approved. Motion carried unanimously. GRANTED <br />Councilmember Chestovich moved, seconded by Councilmember Baldwin, <br />that the variance request from Robert Nicholson and Arnold Holmquist <br />to construct a home on Lot 8, Block 1, Pothen Homesites, with the <br />garage placed approximately 18 feet from Ruggles Street, be approved. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />R.
