MINUTES <br />SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />DECEMBER 6, 1984 ,~ ¢ '~ <br />PAGE 3 <br />might be generated. Councilmember Ciernia suggested that a consultant <br />be asked to do a needs assessment to determine whether or not an aerial <br />truck is necessary. The Clerk Administrator will contact the State Fire <br />Marshal's office for advice. <br />Mayor Eggert moved, seconded by Councilmember Ciernia, that the City expend CABLE TV <br />up to $300.00 for the purchase of a monitor for use with the Cable TV MONITOR TO <br />character generator, such cost to be reimbursed from the franchise fee. BE OBTAINED <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Councilmember Baldwin reported that he and the Mayor attended the Lido <br />Citizen's Group meeting on December 4th, and that at that meeting Planner LIDO CAFE <br />John Uban presented some excellent plans for beautifying the City's UPDATE <br />business area as well as some suggested solutions to the Lido problem. <br />Councilmember Baldwin expressed concern that the Citizens Group was losing <br />track of its purpose. <br />Mayor Eggert moved, seconded by Councilmember Ciernia, that the meeting ADJOURNMENT <br />be adjourned at 10:30 P.M.
