<br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />APRIL 10, 1985 <br />A regular meeting of the Falcon Heights City Council was called to order at <br />7:00 P.M. by Mayor Eggert. <br />Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Chenoweth, Baldwin, and Hard. Also present PRESENT <br />were Clerk Administrator Barnes, Attorneys Gasteazoro and Van de North, <br />and Engineer Schunicht. <br />Councilmember Ciernia. ABSENT <br />Councilmember Hard moved, seconded by Councilmember Baldwin, that the CONSENT <br />Consent Agenda be approved as presented. Motion carried unanimously. AGENDA <br />APPROVED <br />1. Motion carried unanimously. APPROVED <br />Mayor Eggert moved, seconded by Councilmember Baldwin, that the following ADDENDA TO <br />items be added to the agenda: (1) Summer Recreation, (2) Discussion AGENDA <br />of Misrepresentatives by Bullseye Attorney, (3) Watershed Agreements, and <br />(4) Appointments to Redevelopment Committee for SE Corner of Larpenteur/ <br />Snelling - Floyd Bedbury, 1433 W. California and Ed Finegan, 1867 Simpson. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />T. A. Salminen, 1740 Holton, requested that Council grant a variance <br />allowing him to construct a driveway to the lot line. Council briefly <br />reviewed the matter after which Mayor Eggert moved, seconded by Council- <br />member Baldwin, that the variance be granted as recommended by the Plan- <br />ning Commission. Motion carried unanimously. <br />DRIVEWAY <br />VARIANCE <br />GRANTED TO <br />T. A. SALMINEN <br />1740 HOLTEN <br />Wayne Wood, owner of the lot at 1913 Hamline, explained that he plans VARIANCE FOR <br />to construct a home at that address and requested a variance to place COVERED WAI,K- <br />a covered walkway approximately 25 feet from the north lot line. The WAY GRANTED TC <br />walkway would be an extension of the roof line. Councilmember Chenoweth WAYNE WOOD, <br />moved, seconded by Councilmember Hard, that the variance be granted as 1913 HAMLINE <br />recommended by the Planning Commission. Motion carried unanimously.
