MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />APRIL 10, 1985 <br />PAGE 5 <br />~~ <br />Mayor Eggert moved, seconded by Councilmember Hard, that the meeting MEETING <br />be extended for ten minutes. Motion carried unanimously. EXTENDED <br />G <br /> <br />Council discussed a memo from Attorney Gasteazoro dated April 2, 1985 <br />relating to city liability for special event consumption of liquor. <br />The Clerk Administrator was directed to contact neighboring communities <br />to obtain information on how others handle the matter, and to acontact <br />the City insurance carrier to determine if the City has coverage in <br />that particular area. <br />Mayor Eggert moved, seconded by Councilmember Baldwin, that the meeting <br />be adjourned at 10:40 P.M.
