MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />JULY 10, 1985 <br />PAGE 5 <br />COUNCIL INFORMATION: <br />Attorney Van de North informed that nothing legally prohibits the City <br />from participating in the School District's problem; however, he felt <br />it unlikely that the suit against the School District would be successful. <br />Acting Mayor Ciernia informed that Parks and Recreation Commission will <br />be asking to budget for a 1/4ths time person to supervise the programs and <br />capital improvement plans. <br />Councilmember Chenoweth moved, seconded by Councilmember Baldwin, that <br />the meeting be adjourned at 9:40 P.M.
