MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />SEPTEMBER 11, 1985 <br />PAGE 5 <br />COUNCIL INFORMATION: <br />Councilmember Baldwin informed that the Human Rights Commission is <br />nearing completion of the pay equity matter. <br />Mayor Eggert questioned whether or not the fence on Arona east of <br />the Bullseye lot was in the landscaping plan. Clerk Administrator <br />Barnes replied that it was, however, too high and will be reduced <br />in height in areas where it prohibits view of traffic. <br />Councilmember Chenoweth asked that there be a deadline for completion <br />of the storm sewer study authorized earlier in the meeting. Council <br />concurred there should be a December 1 deadline and the matter will <br />be placed on the September 25th agenda. <br />Council Ciernia requested that the October Newsletter be published <br />the week of October 11th in order that the School District referendum <br />may be addressed in the newsletter. <br />Mayor Eggert moved, seconded by Councilmember Hard, that the meeting <br />be adjourned at 9:55 P.M.
