L~' <br />MINUTES ~~ <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />OCTOBER 23, 1985 <br />PAGE 4 <br />Council commented on recent problems with the owner of Bullseye Golf <br />relating to Deputies on his property. Attorney Van de North will <br />research whether or not radar may be used on private property, if <br />the owner has the right to prohibit police/inspectors, etc, on his <br />property, and what recourse the City has. Council discussed the <br />possibility of refusing a certificate of occupancy, certificate of <br />completion, or corporate license, if the owner will not allow City <br />representatives/police on the property. Attorney Van de North will <br />research these items for discussion at the November 13th meeting. <br />Councilmember Chenoweth commented on the letter from Bill Hammond <br />expressing his opinion that the article in the fall newsletter <br />regarding the school referrendum was improper. Attorney Van de North <br />was of the opinion that there was no violation. <br />Councilmember Ciernia moved, seconded by Councilmember Baldwin, that ADJOURNMENT <br />the meeting be adjourned at 9:05 P.M.
