MINUTES <br />SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 26, 1985 <br />A special meeting of the Falcon Heights City Council was called to order at <br />7:00 P.M. by Mayor Eggert. <br />Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Ciernia and Hard. Also present were Attorneys <br />Gasteazoro and Stemberger. <br />Councilmembers Baldwin and Chenoweth (both arrived later). <br />Mayor Eggert moved, seconded by Councilmember Ciernia, that the Consent <br />Agenda be approved as presented. Bi-Monthly Financial Report <br /> Councilmember Ciernia moved, seconded by Mayor Eggert, that the Minutes MINUTES OF <br /> of November 13, 1985 be appr <br />taken, the following voted i oved as presented. Upon a vote <br />n favor thereof: Councilmember being 11/13/85 <br />Ciernia, and APPROVED <br /> the following voted against the same: None. Mayor Eggert and Council- <br /> members Hard abstained, due to the fact that they were abse nt at the 13th <br /> meeting. Motion carried. <br />~~~ <br />PRESENT <br />ABSENT <br />CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />APPROVED <br />Council discussed the variance request from Paul Baehr, 1746 Holton North, BAEHR <br />to construct a driveway to the south lot line, and Mr. Baehr's letter dated VARIANCE <br /> <br />November 24, 1985, requesting that the matter be delayed until the first DEFERRED TO <br />meeting in February, 1986. 2/12/86 <br />Councilmember Chenoweth arrived at 7:12 P.M. COUNCILMEMBER <br /> CHENOWETH <br />Councilmember Hard moved, seconded by Mayor Eggert, that the matter ARRIVES <br />be tabled until February 12, 1986, and that the Clerk Administrator <br />draft a letter to Mr. Baehr advisi ng him of this action, and also to <br />inform him that he must stay five feet from the lot line in the interim. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mayor Eggert moved, seconded by Councilmember Hard, that the conditional BULLSEYE GOLF <br />use request from Bullseye Golf, Inc., 1557 West Larpenteur, to operate a CONDITIONAL US <br />Golf-O-Mat in the lower level of their building, be referred to the FOR GOLF-O-MAT <br />Planning Commission, and that the matter be placed on the December 11, REFERRED TO <br />1985 meeting for scheduling the public hearing. Motion carried PLANNING <br />unanimously. COMMISSION <br />Leslie Janes, Jr., Attorney, representing Highland Park Tree Service, <br />1708 Blair, requested that Council reconsider the action taken at <br />the last meeting at which time a tree removal/trimming license was <br />denied the firm.
