MINUTES I~C <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 25, 1981 <br />PAGE 3 <br />Mayor Warkentien presented a letter from the City of Shoreview ex- CITY INDI- <br />pressing that Community's willingness to participate in a policing CATES INTENT <br />study contingent upon the involvement of all the contracting cities TO PARTICI- <br />and requesting that Shoreview be advised how other communities have PATE IN <br />responded. Following a discussion Councilmember Brown moved, seconded POLICING <br />by Councilmember Steele, that Falcon Heights indicate an intent to STUDY <br />participate in the study. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Councilmember Brown informed those in attendance that 18 persons BUSINESS <br />attended the Falcon Heights Businesspersons Breakfast Meeting on MEETING <br />February 24, 1981 at the City Ha1:1. <br />Mayor Warkentien moved, seconded by Councilmember Steele, that the PLANT FOR <br />City have a plant sent to Mayor Demos of Roseville, who is re- MAYOR DEMOS <br />cuperating from surgery. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Councilmember Brown moved, seconded by Councilmember Eggert, that the ADJOURNMENT <br />meeting be adjourned at 9:35 p.m. Motion carried unanimously. <br />a <br />r ~ <br />Willis C.
