<br />[] <br />f <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />JUNE 10, 1981 <br />A regular meeting of the Falcon Heights City Council was called to order <br />by Mayor Warkentien at 7:30 p.m. <br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Steele, Brown and Larson. Also present <br />were Clerk Administrator Barnes, Attorney Allen and Engineer Lemberg. <br />Councilmembdr ggert. <br />Councilmember La on moved, seconded by Councilmember Brown, that the <br />Consent Agenda be approved as presented. Hoyt, and (2) Request for a street light in alley ADDED TO <br />between:~Crawford and Larpenteur, Pascal to Holton. AGENDA <br />Councilmember Larson moved, seconded by Councilmember Brown, that the <br />Minutes of May 27, 1981 be approved as presented. Motion carried unani- <br />mously. <br />Attorney Allen noted that the heirs of a Gabriel Aguilar have filed a <br />"Notice of Claim" against the Municipal Liquor Store under the Dram Shop <br />Law. No further information was available. <br />MINUTES OF <br />5/27/81 <br />APPROVED <br />NOTICE OF <br />CLAIM FILID <br />AGAINST LIQUO <br />STORE <br />Attorney Allen presented for Council's review a draft of a proposed <br />raffle ordinance. The Clerk Administrator suggested that if the ordi- RAFFLE ORDI- <br />nance is adopted publication be postponed until after August 1, 1981 NANCE DEFERRE: <br />in order that only a summary need be published. The matter was deferred <br />until a later meeting. <br />Councilmember Steele moved, seconded by Councilmember Larson that the LIDO CAFE <br />Lido Cafe On-Sale Liquor and Sunday Liquor Licenses be approved for the LIQUOR LICENS <br />the period from: July 1, 1981 to June 30, 1982. Motion carried unanimously. APPROVED <br />Clerk Administrator Barnes requested approval of a salary increase of ALAN BENOIT <br />$50.00 per month for Liquor Store Clerk Alan Benoit (from $750.00 to SALARY IN- <br />$800.00 per month). Mayor Warkentien moved, seconded by Councilmember CREASE <br />Larson, that the increase be granted. Motion carried unanimously. APPROVED <br />
