<br /> <br />MINUTES <br />SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MAY 6, 1982 <br />A special meeting of the Falcon Heights City Council was called to order at <br />5:30 p.m. by Mayor Warkentien. <br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Larson and Ciernia. Also present was Clerk- PRESENT <br />Administrator Barnes. <br />Councilmembers Eggert and Chestovich. <br />Council briefly discussed setting a date for a public hearing on the plat- <br />ting request from American Shelter for Bernwood Additions 2 through 5. <br />Councilmember Larson moved, seconded by Councilmember Ciecnia, that the <br />May 26, 1982 Council Meeting be scheduled for 6:30 p.m., the Public <br />Hearing on Platting be scheduled for $:OO p.m. on May 26, 1982, and that <br />the Clerk Administrator be authorized to publish the hearing notice. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Clerk Administrator Barnes explained the procedure if the platting is <br />approved, (1) a resolution approving the preliminary and final plats, <br />and (2) a resolution approving the variances (zero side yard set back). <br />Councilmember Ciernia felt that park dedication should go with the plat- <br />ting since Ordinance 69 does allow Council to request park dedication. <br />Clerk Administrator Barnes was instructed to obtain ordinances from <br />other communities relating to park dedication. <br />Councilmember Larson moved, seconded by Councilmember Ciernia, that the <br />meeting be adjourned at 5:56 p.m. Motion carried unanimously. <br />ABSENT <br />~~ <br />MAY 26 COUNCIL <br />MEETING TO BE <br />HELD AT 6:30- <br />PUBCIC HEAR- <br />ING ON PLAT- <br />TING BERNWOOD <br />2-5 SCHEDULED <br />FOR MAY 26, <br />1982 <br />PARK <br />DEDICATION <br />COMMENTS <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />~f ~ i <br />Willis C.
