<br />Fairgrounds. He reviewed the circumstances surrounding the incident F,~R

<br />and private property and that such signs be plac~ad within 15 days
<br />following notification of designation by the Chief. Upon a vote
<br />being taken, the folloving voted irx favor thereof: Councilmembers
<br />Ciernia, Chestovich, and Larson, and "~Fayor 'u'Jarkentien voted against
