~1~ <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />SEPTEMBER 8, 1982 <br />A regular meeting of the Falcon Heights City Council was called to order <br />at 7:30 P.M. by Mayor Warkentien. <br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Chestovich, Ciernia, Larson and Eggert. PRESENT <br />Also present were Clerk Administrator Barnes, Attorney Swanson, Engineer <br />Lemberg and Fiscal Consultant Chenoweth. <br />None, ABSENT <br />Councilmember Larson moved, seconded by Councilmember Chestovich, that CONSENT AGENDA <br />the Consent Agenda with addendum be approved. Upon a vote being 8/25/82 <br />taken, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Council- APPROVED <br />members Chestovich, Ciernia and Larson, and the following voted against <br />the same: None. Councilmember Eggert abstained. Motion carried. <br />Engineer Lemberg presented the bids received on the Albert/Pascal Street <br />improvements September 7, 1982 at 2:00 P.M. and recommended the bid be <br />awarded to Ashbach Construction Co., the low bidder. Mayor yYarkentien <br />moved, seconded by Councilmember Eggert, that Resolution 82-3? be adopted <br />contingent on MSA approval. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
