Upon a vote being taken the following voted "aye": <br />Councilmembers Steele, McGough and Stone, and the following voted <br />"nay": None. Mayor Warkentien abstained. Motion carried. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />(cont.) <br />MINUTES OF <br />JULY 25, 1979 <br />Councilmember McGough moved, seconded by Councilmember Steele to MINUTES OF <br />approve the Minutes of the Special Council Meeting of August 1, AUGUST ~, 1979 <br />1979 as presented. Upon a vote being taken the following voted <br />"aye": Councilmembers Steele, McGough and Stone, and the following <br />voted "nay": None. Mayor Warkentien abstained. Motion carried. <br />Clerk Administrator Barnes presented a letter from Dr. David.French, TREES TO BE <br />City Horticulturist, informing that he had examined the newly plant- ORDERED FOR <br />ed trees, and requesting permission to order the following trees to 1980 <br />be planted in the spring of 1980: 30 Hackberry, 10 Green Ash, 5 <br />Red Maple, 20 Linden, 20 Honey Locust, and 35 Sugar Maple. The <br />cost of trees would amount to a total of $2,017.25. Councilmember <br />McGough moved, seconded by Mayor Warkentien, that Dr. French be <br />authorized to order the above trees at a cost of $2,017.25. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />
