MINUTES <br />SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL-PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 7, 1980 <br />PAGE 2 <br />RESOLUTION 80-4 RESOLUTION 80-4 <br />(cont.) <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE METROPOLITAN COUNCIL TO <br />GIVE THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS AN EXTENSION OF ONE <br />YEAR TO SUBMIT THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN (JULY, 1981) <br />Clerk Administrator presented to Council Parking Ordinance ~~170, <br />which had been corrected with the approval of the City Attorney. <br />Councilmember Brown moved, seconded by Councilmember Larson that <br />Ordinance ~~170 be adopted. Motion carried unanimously. <br />ORDINANCE 4170 ORDINANCE 4170 <br />lJ <br />u <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 115 OF THE CITY OF <br />FALCON HEIGHTS REGULATING THE USE OF HIGHWAYS WITHIN <br />THE CITY, AND PROVIDTNG FOR IMPOUNDMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES <br />19 80 <br />Clerk Administrator Barnes informed Council that that the Ramsey POLICING CON- <br />County Board has approved the Policing Contract between Falcon ~ TRACT APPROVED <br />Heights and the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department for the year BY RAMSEY COUNT~i <br />1980. <br />The Clerk Administrator stated he had met with a representative of SECURITY SYSTEM- <br />Floyd Security regardi~gthe security system at the Municipal Liquor LIQUOR STORE <br />Store. It was suggested that the security system be updated in the <br />near future. The matter was deferred until the February 13th meeting <br />in order that further information may be obtained. <br />Acting Mayor Brown asked that the Councilmembers check over the list <br />of emergency procedures to be used by city employees and that the <br />matter can be discussed at the next meeting if necessary. <br />Councilmember Eggert inquired as to the amount of liability insurance CITY LIABILITY <br />carried by the City of Falcon Heights. Clerk Administrator Barnes INSURANCE <br />was instructed to check on the matter and advise Council what the INFORMATION <br />cost would be for coverage in the amount of $1,000,000.00. REQUESTED <br />Councilmember Larson moved, seconded by Councilmember Eggert, that <br />the meeting be adjourned at 9:50 p.m. Motion carried unaimously. ADJOURNMENT <br />r,. <br />Willis C. A.
