MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />JUNE 25, 1980 <br />A regular meeting of the Falcon Heights City Council was called to order <br />by Mayor Warkentien at 7:30 p.m. <br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Steele, and Larson. Also present were <br />Clerk Administrator Barnes, Attorney Kenefick and Engineer Lemberg. <br />Councilmembers Brown and Eggert. <br />Councilmember Larson moved, seconded by Councilmember Steele that the <br />Consent Agenda be approved as presented. Licenses - See attached list <br />Carl Dale, City Planner, presented an update on the Comprehensive Plan. <br />He informed that the text of the plan is now complete and copies can <br />be presented to Metro Council and neighboring communities for reviewal. <br />Council viewed maps recently prepared by Mr. Dale, which will be in- <br />cluded in the Plan. <br />Mrs. Bert Gimmestad, B & J Midway Floral, 1871 W. Larpenteur, addressed <br />Council regarding the progress of the clean up and maintenace of that <br />property. She informed that the work is in progress and indicated that <br />some sort of storage building may be constructed on the back of the lot. <br />There was some discussion as to whether or not a fence or other buffer <br />must be constructed in order to comply with the Zoning Ordinance.
