4~7 <br />• CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 4, 1998 <br />Mayor Gehrz convened the meeting at 6:10 P.M. <br />PRESENT <br />Gehrz, Hustad, Jacobs and Kuettel. Also present was Hoyt. <br />Gibson Talbot arrived at 6:25 P.M. <br />COMMUNITY FORUM <br />There was no one wishing to take advantage of the community forum. <br />MINUTES OF OCTOBER 28, 1998 <br />Minutes were approved by unanimous consent. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />• Councilmember Jacobs moved approval of the following consent agenda. <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />1. Disbursements <br />2. Licenses <br />3. Temporary increase in time allocation for director of parks, recreation <br />and public facilities <br />ADJOURN TO WORKSHOP <br />Council discussed the following items at the workshop session: <br />- Revisions to the liquor license <br />- Using animal control for picking up raccoons for residents who <br />call with problems <br />- Update on the 1998 and 1999 budget including amendments <br />for the cost of seasonal recreational help and a reduction in the <br />capital costs for the 1999 street project <br />- Update on the university soccer stadium and related proposals <br />including the costs associated with getting the expertise on this <br />issue <br /> <br />
