<br />ordinance be brought up at the next meeting. No action taken.

<br />Councilman Black presented the discussion on the City's responsibility
<br />of paying a share of sewer repair costs should breakage occur on the
<br />City's or owner's property. A lengthy discussion followed, and the
<br />Council felt that negotiations should be continued on an independent
<br />basis with the owners involved. The Council requested that Clerk-Admin-
<br />istrator Barnes check into the resolution passed by the Council, and
<br />this discussion be on the next agenda.

<br />Mayor's appointment of Mrs. Winston G. Yonan, 1892 North Albert, to the
<br />Falcon Heights Planning Commission to fill the vacancy created by Thomas
