Councilman Ecklund abstained. Motion carried. <br />FOOD AND HEALTH <br />Attorney Kenefick presented the discussion on the proposed Food and Health ORDINANCE <br />Ordinance. He noted the ordinance is extre,:nely long and wordy, but recommended <br />that Falcon Heights have such an ordinance. The Council requested th e <br />ordinance be brought up at the next meeting. No action taken. <br />Councilman Ecklund moved, seconded by Councilman Labalestra, to approve "OFF-SALE" NON- <br />the following "Off-Sale" Non-Intoxicating Malt Liquor License renewals INTOXICATING <br />for the period of July 1, 1975 to June 30, 1976: MALT LIQUOR <br />LICETdSE RENEWALS <br />Falcon Lanes, Inc., 1550 W. No other action taken. <br /> <br />Councilman Black presented the discussion on the City's responsibility <br />of paying a share of sewer repair costs should breakage occur on the <br />City's or owner's property. A lengthy discussion followed, and the <br />Council felt that negotiations should be continued on an independent <br />basis with the owners involved. The Council requested that Clerk-Admin- <br />istrator Barnes check into the resolution passed by the Council, and <br />this discussion be on the next agenda. <br />Councilman Black moved, seconded by Councilman Steele, to approve the <br />Mayor's appointment of Mrs. Winston G. Yonan, 1892 North Albert, to the <br />Falcon Heights Planning Commission to fill the vacancy created by Thomas <br />Nystrom who recently resigned.
