Motion carried. <br />GENERAL SAFETY <br />CORPORATION BILL <br />Councilman Labalestra moved, seconded by Councilman Steele, that the FOOD AND HEALTH <br />Attorney be authorized to draft a 'short-form" Food and Health Ordinance ORDINANCE <br />to be presented at the next meeting. Upon a vote being taken, the following <br />voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Steele. and Labalestra, <br />and the following voted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />The Council directed Clerk Administrator Barnes to secure additional CHAIR QUOTES <br />quotes on chairs for the City Hall. <br />Councilman Steele presented his report relative to the Tree Committee. RESOLUTION 75-18 <br />He noted that Oak Wilt and Dutch Elm Disease are oa the increase, and FINANCIAL <br />suggested the Council adopt a Resolution that would provide financial ASSISTANCE TO <br />assistance for citizens that have diseased trees to be removed, as the CITIZENS FOR <br />Minnesota Statutes of 197l~, Section 18.023, amended by Laws of 1975, REN~VAL OF <br />Chapter 253, provides public funding.
