Upon a vote being PURCHASE, CONT. <br />taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Council- <br />men Black, Ecklund, Steel®, and Labalestra, and the following <br />voted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />The League of Minnesota Municipalities has issued a proposed POLICY STATE- <br />Policy Statement and Legislative Program, 1976-77, for comment MENTS AND <br />by municipal officials. The Clerk-Administrator was directed LEGISLATIVE <br />to write a letter to the League with his recommendations of the PROGRAM <br />proposal. <br />The Sheriff's Report for the month of April, 1976, was noted. <br />Fire Reports, Nos. 39 and 1~0, were noted. <br />Moved by Mayor Warkentien, seconded by Councilman Steele to <br />approve the following disbursements: <br />General Payroll, May 16 - <br />Liquor Payroll, May 16 - <br />General Disbursements <br />Sinking Fund Disbursement <br />Liquor Disbursements <br />31 $ 3,732.29; <br />31 1,696.67; <br />16,85.38; <br />(Park} 7,818.00; and <br />7,001.61. <br />Upon a vote being taken, the following voted ".aye": Mayor <br />Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, <br />and the following voted "nay": None. Upon a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": <br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, <br />and the following voted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />Moved by Councilman Ecklund, seconded by Mayor Warkentien that <br />a letter be sent to each member of the Bicentennial Committee <br />thanking them for organizing the recent Falcon Heights Bicen- <br />tennial Celebration and other events.
