<br />1 <br />MINUTES <br />SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />JULY 7, 1977 ~~ <br />A special meeting of the Falcon Heights City Council was called <br />to order at 7:30 p.m. <br />Mayor Warkentien,Councilmen Black, Steele, Ecklund and Labalestra. <br />Also present were Clerk Administrator Barnes, Attorney Kenefick <br />and Engineer Lemberg. <br />6~ <br />PRESENT <br />Moved by Councilman Steele and seconded by Councilman Labalestra APPROVAL OF <br />to approve as corrected and amended the minutes of June 23, 1977. JUNE 23, 1977 <br />Upon a vote being taken the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, MINUTES <br />Councilmen Black, Steele, Ecklund and Labalestra. The following <br />voted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />Moved by Councilman Ecklund and seconded by Councilman Black to <br />approve the Consent Agenda with the exclusion of Hermes License <br />4387, as follows: <br />1. Building Inspector Report <br />2. Fire and Rescue report nos. 50, 51, 52, 53 & 54. <br />3. General Disbursement in the amount of $5,691.17 <br />4. General Payroll in the amount of $3,947.79 <br />5. Liquor Disbursement in the amount of $9,860.74 <br />6. Liquor Payroll in the amount of $1,811.75 <br />7. License renewals: <br />A.
