Snelling <br />Falcon Heights, Mn <br />~~478 <br />Upon a vote being taken the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien <br />Councilmen Black, Steele and Labalestra. The following voted "nay": <br />None. Absent: Councilman Ecklund. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Labalestra moved, seconded by Mayor Warkentien to permit <br />the Liquor Store manager George Willkom to post a temporary adver- <br />tising and welcoming sign for the N.S.R.A. State Rod Nationals for <br />four (4) days on the front of the Liquor Store. Upon a vote being <br />taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black <br />and Labalestra. The following voted "nay": Councilman Steele. <br />Absent: Councilman Ecklund. Motion carried. <br />72 <br />CORP. & CIGARETTE <br />LICENSES SIGNED <br />TEMPORARY ADV. SIGN <br />LIQUOR STORE <br />Clerk Administrator Barnes was advised to notify all candidates COUNCIL SEAT <br />who have applied for consideration to fill the council seat which VACANCY MEETING <br />will be open due to Councilman Ecklund's resignation effective on <br />July 31, 1977. The Council will consider such applicants on <br />August 28, 1977 at the regular meeting at 7:30 p.m. <br />Councilman Steele moved, seconded by Councilman Black to adjourn ADJOURNMENT <br />the meeting at 6:16 p.m. Upon a vote being taken, the following <br />voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Steele and <br />Labalestra.
