MINUTES <br />SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />OCTOBER 6 , 19 7 7 n ~ ~,~i <br />Page 2 a7 <br />Councilman Steele introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 77-25 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FALCON <br />HEIGHTS THAT THE FOLLOWING <br />FUNDS BE AND THEY ARE HEREBY <br />LEVIED UPON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY <br />OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />FOR THE YEAR 1977 COLLECTABLE IN <br />THE YEAR 1978 <br />GENERAL FUND <br />$233,462.00 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Warkentien <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, McGough, <br />Steele and Labalestra. The following voted against same: <br />None. <br />WHEREUPON, the the resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />Council directed Clerk Administrator Barnes to submit RECREATION <br />to the Recreation Advisory Committee the following items: ADVISORY <br />1. Closing of warming house when below COMMITTEE <br />zero and when not being utilized <br />2. A proposed roving park patrol at a <br />cost of $300 for the skating season <br />Councilman Steele moved, seconded by Councilman Labalestra FALL DUMP <br />to set the fall dump dates from the 29th of October to the DATES <br />6th of November, 1977. Upon a vote being taken, the <br />following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, <br />McGough, Steele and Labalestra. The following voted "nay": <br />None. Motion carried. <br />Mayor Warkentien moved, seconded by Councilman McGough to ADJOURNMENT <br />adjourn the meeting at 8:40 p.m. Upon a vote being taken <br />the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen <br />Black, McGough, Steele and Labalestra.
