MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />OCTOBER 13, 1977 <br />Page 2 <br />Councilman Black moved, seconded by Councilman McGough <br />to approve the minutes of the special meeting of <br />September 28, 19.77 as corrected and amended. Upon a <br />vote being taken the following voted "aye": Mayor <br />Warkentien, Councilmen Black, McGough, Steele and <br />Labalestra. The following voted "nay": None. Motion <br />carried. <br />L~~ <br /> <br />Councilman McGough moved, seconded by Mayor Warkentien, <br />to approve the minutes of the special council meeting <br />of October 6, 1977 as corrected and amended. Upon a <br />vote being taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor <br />Warkentien, Councilmen Black, McGough, Steele and <br />Labalestra. The following voted "nay": None. Motion <br />carried. <br />Q ~. <br />Mayor Warkentien presented Vincent Wright a certificate <br />awarded him for completion of classes taken for Waste <br />Water Collection. Mayor Warkentien and the council <br />commended Mr. Wright on his accomplishments. <br />Fire Chief Jerry Renchin appeared before council and <br />explained in detail the bond to be voted upon on <br />November 8, 1977 for a new fire truck. Fire Chief Renchin <br />noted to council the need to acquire a new truck. It is <br />the feeling of the fire department that we are in reality <br />down to the use of one truck. <br />Fire Chief Jerry Renchin appeared before council to re- <br />quest approval for the purchase of 13 pagers - radio <br />monitors - charges not to exceed $3,375. Mayor Warkentien <br />moved to authorize the fire department to purchase the <br />13 pagers (monitors) at a cost not to exceed $3,375, <br />Councilman Labalestra seconded. Upon a vote being taken <br />the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen <br />Black, McGough, Steele and Labalestra. The following <br />voted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />MINUTES OF <br />SPECIAL COUNCIL <br />MEETING - <br />SEPT. 28, 1977 <br />MINUTES OF <br />SPECIAL COUNCIL <br />MEETING - <br />OCT. 6, 1977 <br />VINCENT WRIGHT <br />PRESENTATION OF <br />CERTIFICATE <br />BOND ISSUE - <br />FIRE TRUCK <br />RADIO PAGERS <br />FIRE DEPT. <br />Councilman Black moved, seconded by Councilman Steele to GERALD <br />refer the conditional use request of Gerald Lindmeyer LINDMEYER <br />of 1771 Asbury to the regular meeting of the Planning CONDITIONAL <br />commission on November 7, 1977. Upon a vote being taken, USE <br />the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen <br />Black, McGough, Steele and Labalestra. <br />Council discussed by precinct the election judges sub- ELECTION <br />mitted by Clerk Administrator Barnes for the Nov. 8,1977 JUDGES <br />City Election. Mayor Warkentien moved, seconded by CITY ELECTION <br />Councilman McGough to accept the election judges as NOV. 8, 1977 <br />listed: <br />
