Fuller, <br />1792 Lake Street, as volunteer fireman, subject to his <br />passing a physical and the customary six months probationary <br />period. Motion carried. <br />ARCHIT~T SERVICES Mayyor Warkentien read a letter from James I. Lammers, 1697 <br />REQ,UESTF.D: North Hamline Avenue, Gingold and Pink Architect Firm, <br />requesting that he be considered in the event any architect <br />services are needed in the possible proposed liquor store. <br />CHR.ISTN~AS TREE Motion by Councilman Stone, seconded by Mayor Warkent;ien <br />LOT LICENSE: that the General Corporate License to sell Christmas trees <br />at 2001 West Larpenteur Avenue, be granted to Al Herres, <br />commencing December 1, 1971 and ending December 31, 1971. <br />Motion carried. <br />LIQUOR STORE Mayor Warkentien discussed the possibility of a liquor store <br />TOUR: tour in the Metropolitan Area and it was decided to conduct <br />this toux• at 9:00 A.P!~. Saturday, November 27, 1971. <br />GENERAL FUND Motion by Councilman Stone, seconded by Councilman Black to <br />DISBURSEMENTS: approve payment of the General Funds ending November 15, <br />1971, check: numbers 6197 through 6222 in the amount of <br />$3,090 respectfully, except the two checks nurr~bered 6211 to <br />Haznline University and 6212 to Jeff Parish pertaining to <br />Human Rights Survey of which no material has been provided <br />to this office. Motion carried. <br />PAYROLL: Motion by Councilman Stone, seconded by Councilman Black to <br />approve the Payroll ending; Nov~nber, 15, 1971, in the amount <br />of $1,958.62. Motion carried. <br />ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Councilman Ecklund, seconded by Councilman Black <br />to adjourn at 10:30 P.M.
