Whereupon the <br />Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Leo F. Pother Councilman Black introduced the following Resolution and <br />Subdivision: moved its adoption: <br />Resolution 72-7: <br />RESQLUTION APPROVING LEO F. Whereupon the <br />Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />1 <br />1 <br />Municipal Mr. Jay Black, Blank Realty Company, appeared at the <br />Liquor Store meeting to caaimient on the liquor store site appraisal <br />Discussion: report. <br />1972 Sanitary Councilman Taylor moved, seconded by Councilman Ecklund, <br />Sewex Maintenance to authorize the Village Engineer to draw up specifications <br />Program: to be presented to the Council at the meeting of April 27, <br />1972, for the purpose of cleaning Village sanitary sewer <br />lines. The specification shall include televising at four <br />specific areas designated by the gillage to determine the <br />performance of the contractor. AYES: Nouncilman Black, <br />Ecklund, Stone, Taylor. NAY: Mayor Warkentien, Motion <br />carried. <br />Fire Reports: Councilman Taylor read Fire Reports No. 12, 13, 11}, 15, 16, <br />17, 18 . <br />Street Lighting The street lighting discussion was tabled until the meeting <br />Discussion: of April 27, 1972. <br />Village in Rice Clerk-Administrator Barnes reported that a portion of <br />Creek Watershed Falcon Heights is in the Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />District: <br />Liquor "Set Up" Councilman Stone read a two page report written by two <br />License Denied - Ramsey County officers regarding an infraction at the <br />Falcon Lanes: Falcon Lanes on the night of April 12, 1972, on file in <br />the Clerk Administrator's Office.
