The Clerk-Administrator was directed to write letters to each refuse hauler and inform them of the Council intentions of restricting pickup no earlier than 7:00 A.M. Marijuana Ordinance Attorney Seed read a letter from Captain Fred Spencer of Letter to County the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department concerning Falcon Attorney: Heights adopting a marijuana ordinance, and he was directed to write to the County Attorney asking his reaction to the letter regarding Falcon Heights adopting the marijuana ordinance similar to an ordinance submitted by the Ramsey County S'heriff's Department.
