n ~ <br />1 <br />Fry Street Curbing Councilman Ecklund introduced the following Resolution and <br />Public Hearing - moved its adoption: <br />Resolution 72-16: <br />RESOLUTIOTd 72-16 <br />FRY STREET CURBING RESOLUTION RECEIVING <br />PRELIMINARY REPORT AND CALLING PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON STREET IMPROVEMENTS OF 1972 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Black, and upon a vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor ti~~arkentien, Couta.cilmen Black, Ecklund, Stone, Taylor, <br />and the following voted against: None, whereupon the <br />Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />~i <br />Payroll: IZotion by Councilman Taylor, seconded by Councilman Ecklund, <br />to approve the payroll for the period ending June 30, 1972, <br />in the amount of ~2,12~.38. Motion carried. <br />General T~Iotion by Councilman Stone, seconded by Mayor Warkentien, <br />Disbursements: to approve the general di sbursements for the period ending <br />June 22, 1972, in the amount of $6,656.69. Motion carried. <br />Interest, Principal Motion by Councilman Black, seconded by Councilman Taylor, <br />and Bank Fee to approve the interest,principal, and bank fee disbursement <br />Disbursement: in the amount of $2,961.11. Motion carried. <br />Adjournment: notion by Nlayor Warkentien, seconded by Councilman Black, <br />to adjourn the meeting at 12:05 A.T~2.
