~ i; <br />Progressive Design Motion by Councilman Stone, seconded by Councilman Taylor, <br />Associates, that the Village of Falcon Heights hire Progressive Design <br />Architects Associates, Architects, for the remodeling of the existing <br />Selected: structure and the new addition to the Weber's property to be <br /> used as a Municipal Liquor Store, as per their proposal and <br /> as directed by the Council. Ro11 Ca11 as follows: AYES: Mayor <br /> Warkentien, Councilmen Ecklund, Stone, Taylor. NAY: <br /> Councilman Black. Motion carried. <br />Advertisement for Motion by Mayor Warkentien, seconded by Councilman Stone, <br />Liquor Store that the Clerk-Administrator be directed to proceed to <br />Manager: interview and recommend to the Council a Manager for the <br /> Municipal Liquor Store. A discussion was held and Council- <br /> man Ecklund moved, seconded by Councilman Taylor, to amend <br /> the motion to advertise for a Manager in the Twin City <br /> newspaper and the riinnesota League of Municipalities magazine, <br /> stipulating that the applicant shall have previous Liquor <br /> Store management experience and to submit his application <br /> in writing. :'011 Call on the amendment carried unanimously. <br /> Roll Ca11 on the original motion carried unanimously. <br />Adjournment: Motion by Councilman Stone, seconded by Councilman Black, <br />to adjourn the meeting at 10:59 P.r1.
