T~Totion carried. <br />TaTotion by Councilman .`.';tone, seconded by Councilman Ecklund, <br />to approve the minutes of the T~:eeting of September 12, 1972, <br />as corrected. lTotion carried. <br />Liquor Store i~Tr. John Bergstadt, Display Fixtures, presented the plans <br />Fixtures: and specifications for the liquor store fixtures. He in- <br />dicated that a lighted canopy was removed frog: the spec- <br />ifications because of the ceiling levels. <br />T~Totion by T•Tayor tsarkentien, seconded by Councilman stone to <br />authorize the Clerk-Administrator and Engineer to prepare <br />the advertisement for bids to be received by 2:00 P.I~T. on <br />October 19, 1972 for reviet•r and awarding of the contracts <br />that evening. T~Iotion carried. <br />Special T~~Teeting: Motion by Councilman Stone, seconded by Councilman Black, <br />to hold a Speci4l T-leeting October 19, 1972 at 8:00 P.T~T. for <br />the pui~ose of awarding bids for the liquor store fixtures. <br />T•Totion carried. <br />Sewer Problems: David Anderson, 1512 Z. Idaho Avenue, appeared in regard to <br />setirer problems he experienced previous to adoption of <br />Ordinance 121. It was decided by the Council and agreed <br />to by T-Tr. Anderson to handle the responsibility in accordance <br />Urith the Village letter dated December 1, 1970. If the <br />stoppages occur on the proper°ty or~mers section, he thrill pay <br />the cost; however, if the p1•oblem lies in the street, the <br />Village will bear all the cost; if the problem is at the <br />connection each party will bear 50' of the cost. <br />T~Totion by Couneilma.n Stone, seconded by Iriayor ti~arlcentien, <br />to authorize set~rer excavation for set~~er stoppages on the <br />property of David snderson, 1512 tiJ Idaho, and Edz~ard J. <br />,`~chaaf, 1770 Td. Albert, to determine t.Thether the responsi- <br />bility lies with the ot~mer or the Village. I4Totion carried. <br />Transfer of P~Iotion by T~Tayor ~Iarkentien, seconded by Councilwoman Stocker, <br />Funds to Sinking to authorize the Clerk-Administrator to transfer .22,365.08 <br />Fund Accounts: from the General and Sanitary Setrer Funds to the various <br />Sinking Funds October 18, 7.972.
