Breher Company, on the basis of the bids indicated above. Motion carried. Liquor Store Progress Clerk-Administrator Barnes presented the Council some Report: sales data to date on the liquor store. Ways of improving the appearance of the liquor store were discussed in detail, and were tabled, until a later date. It was decided to look into the purchase of an advertising banner, a coat rack, and a small table, and also have Attorney Kenefick contact the Minnesota Liquor Control Commission and inquire about advertising for. the liquor store. Letter from Milo F. Mayor Warkentien moved, seconded by Councilman Ecklund, to Gaul -Extended Services appoint Councilwoman Stocker to serve on the Community Division of the Roseville Council of the Extended Services Division of the Roseville Area Schools: Area Schools. Motion carried. Maintenance Garage Engineer Lemberg reported on the progress of the Maintenance Progress Report: Garage addition. He stated that the ceiling in the Fire Station has been completed, and that the furnace conversion has been made. He also stated that Gladstone Improvement Company, who have been contracted to do the work on the garage, will start sometime after the holidays. Parks & Recreation Clerk-Administrator Barnes presented the Council with some Report: information on the upkeep of the rinks and the rink attendants for the 1972-1973 season. Councilwoman Stocker reported on the Recreation Advisory Committee meeting of Tuesday, December 12, 1972. Arden Hills Investment Clerk-Administrator Barnes presented a list of suggestions Co., Apartment at 1$30 that the p1umT~ing inspector and building inspector made in W. Larpenteur: regard to the proposed apartment at 1830 W. Larpenteur Avenue, and it was ag~Eed by the Council, as per minutes of the November 20 meeting, that a building permit be granted, sub3ect to the Engineer's letter of November 20, 1972, and the suggestions of the Consulting Engineer's Council of Minnesota. TOPICS Program - Engineer Lemberg presented some information on the TOPICS Larpenteur Avenue Program. He stated that the matter has been tabled by the Improvement: Ramsey County Board for the time being because of disputes with residents along Larpenteur Avenue. He also stated that the County would have enough hardware to replace two out of the four sets of disconnected stop lights until the new ones arrive, which would be sometime next spring. Expiring Terms: Clerk-Administrator Barnes brought to the Council's attention that the terms of several members of various committees in the Village, will expire at the end of the month. Fire Report: Fire report number t~7 was noted. Sheriff's Report: Sheriff's report of November was noted.
