Also present were Clerk- <br />Administrator Barnes, Engineer Lemberg and Attorney <br />Kenefick. <br />Councilman Stone, due to illness. ABSE~`!T <br />Councilwoman Stocker moved, seconded by Councilman Black, TII".dTJTES <br />to approve the minutes of the meeting of ~.ay 21.x, 1973, <br />as corrected. 2'iotion carried. <br />Councilman Black moved, seconded by Councilman Ecklund, CIGARETTE LICEP~'SES <br />to approve the follotti7ing new cigarette license for the -?..T~1- <br />neriod of ~Tu1y 1, 1973 to June 30, 1971;: <br />Ted Steichen - Candyland - State Fair Grounds <br />The A~?oore T~~Tay Company for Farmers union Grain Terminal <br />a late renewal for 1972-1973. <br />Motion unanimously carried. <br />Councilwoman Stocker moved, seconded by Councilman Black, CIGARETTE LICErTSES <br />to approve the following cigarette 1cQnse renewals for .'~.E'~TEL~IALS- <br />the period of July 1, 1973 to June 30, 1971, as follows: <br />The Moore Way Company for Farmers TTnion Grain Terminal <br />John Labalestra -Lido Cafe <br />Embers System, Inc. <br />Falcon Oil Company <br />Clement A.
