S <br />1 <br />Councilman Black seconded the foregoing Resolution and <br />upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, <br />Ecklund and Stone, and the following voted against <br />the same: None. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Black reported that Mick Pothen of 1877 N. <br />Hamline Avenue has made application for rezoning of <br />property at 1889 N. Hamline. Property description <br />of said land is : That part of the NE 4 of the SW <br />i~ of Section 15, Townshi-~ 29, Range 23, lying E ~1y <br />of the plat of Klatt~s Addition Tdo. 2, and lying <br />N~1y of Ruggles Street and Sly of Roselawn Avenue. <br />This application was made for the rezoning from an <br />R-1 to an R-2, and has been referred to the Falcon <br />Heights Planning Commission. <br />A public hearing was set for October 21~, 1973, at <br />8:00 P.M., to be held by the Falcon Heights Planning <br />Commission, and a public hearing was set for October <br />25, 1973, to be held at 8:00 P.M. by the Falcon <br />Heights Village Council. <br />A variance request by Mrs. R. C.
