The ordinance pertaining to peddlers, mobile vehicles, and itinerant merchants was tabled until the meeting of ~?ovember 2~, 1973. ORDI:`1ANCE 130 AT1 ORDI^dA.T1CE FIXIn1G THE SALARIES OF THE MAYOR AND COUTICILT~EMBERS OF THE VILLAGE COUTICIL OF THE VILLAGE OF FALCON HEIGHTS Councilman B1a ck moved, seconded by Councilwoman Stocker, to adopt the foregoing ordinance. Upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Rlayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black and Ecklund, and Councilt~TOman Stocker. Councilman Stone abstained. T~~otion carried. Attorney Kenefick presented a report on the matter of holding the Village elections in odd or even numbered years. He stated that he still maintains that the Village can take action on this anytime before September 1, 1971. T?ayor Wark entien moved, seconded by Councilmen Ecklund, that Councilwoman Stocker be authorized to attend the workshop on urban growth and community development from November 26, 1973 to November 30, 1973, at the Ramada Inn, and that the Village pay the $60.00 registration fee. TJpon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black and Ecklund, and Councilwoman Stocker, Councilman Stone voted against the same. Councilman Stone moved, seconded by Councilman Ecklund, to arnrove the general payroll for the first half of ?~?oaember, 1973, in the amount of $3,012.19.
