<br />Clerk-Administrator Barnes was directed to write to
<br />r~Ir. Russell Callender, who has requested permission to
<br />install coin operated television (not cable t.v.) within
<br />the City utilizing existing commercial stations, stating
<br />that there is no ordinance regulating a vending operation
<br />of this type at the present time, but that the Council
<br />will consider licensing this kind of operation when it
<br />reviews its licensing procedures.
